Pricing
Wholesale pricing is provided via the line sheet.
Wholesale pricing reflects current production costs and is confirmed at the time of invoicing. Prices may vary for future orders or reorders.

Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued upon order confirmation.
Payment is required in full prior to production.
Accepted payment methods will be provided at time of invoicing.
Production & Fulfillment
All wholesale orders are made to order
Estimated production time is 10-14 business days.
Rush production may be available upon request, subject to additional fees.
Production timelines are estimates. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated after order confirmation and provided via invoicing.
Orders ship via standard ground service unless otherwise requested.
Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to made-to-order nature of wholesale orders, all sales are final.
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not begun.
Quality Assurance
We partner with trusted production partners and follow established quality control standards prior to shipment.
Each wholesale order is reviewed prior to shipment.
Verified defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos and order details.
Approved defect claims will be resolved with a replacement or wholesale credit.
Brand Use & Resale
Wholesale partners may not alter, reproduce, or modify Sorelle Fiore & Co. designs in any format.
Products must be sold under the Sorelle Fiore & Co. brand name.
Sales Tax & Resale Certificate
Wholesale partners are responsible for providing a valid resale certificate prior to order processing.
Orders shipping to states without a valid resale certificate on file will be subject to applicable sales tax.
