Products & Orders
Sorelle Fiore & Co. offers made-to-order apparel and lifestyle goods. Product availability, colors, sizing, and materials are subject to vendor availability at the time an order is placed. Variations may occur due to the production process.
Retail purchases are subject to Etsy’s terms, policies, and dispute resolution process.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are produced upon confirmation and full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Wholesale terms include:
Minimum order quantities as outlined in the wholesale line sheet
All wholesale orders are made to order
Mixed sizes and approved colorways may be allowed per style
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on vendor capacity and order volume
Payments
Retail payments are processed securely through Etsy.
Wholesale payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Payment is required in full prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Claims for defects must be submitted within the timeframe outlined below.
All wholesale sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Cancellations & Changes
Wholesale orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are not permitted.
Retail orders follow Etsy’s cancellation policies.
Shipping
Shipping timelines and costs are provided after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier, and external factors outside of our control.
Sorelle Fiore & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs processing.
Quality & Issues
If an order arrives with a printing or production defect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Supporting photos and order details may be required for review.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and content are the property of Sorelle Fiore & Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Sorelle Fiore & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
